Accolade is a FinTech CRM platform that enhances management performance throughout different levels, supporting integration and communications capabilities in the debt collecting industry. The product was designed and built for the USA market. The system is built to easily integrate with a training and development systems to empower employees in achieving performance goals and up-skilling.

As Product designer I was responsible to unpack and understand the value of the problem the platform was trying solve. The project kickstarted with a facilitated a design sprint which lead the team unpacking the goal, the value, the market, user profiles and establish product flows and roadmaps for the product life cycle. It also gave us as a team the opportunity to align and get to know each other and our ways of work.

Working on a big project and legacy infrastructure of 25 years presents learning points and expanding your knowledge of building and designing digital products. Never under estimated the landscape of users your product will reach or need to accommodate for to make it functional.
